Follow these steps to deposit funds into your account.

Download and create an account on a cryptocurrency exchange like Coinbase or CashApp.
Once logged into Bitcoin Bay, go to the “Cashier” tab on the top left.
Select “Bitcoin” or the crypto you wish to deposit from the list.
Enter the amount you want to deposit. Copy the provided 1-time use wallet address given by Bitcoin Bay.
Navigate to your exchange (Coinbase, Cashapp, Venmo, etc.) and select Bitcoin from the dashboard.
After purchasing the Bitcoin on the exchange, you can select “Send” to deposit it to your Bitcoin Bay account.
Paste the address provided by Bitcoin Bay. Type in the amount you want to deposit and press “Send Now”.
Your account balance will be updated once the transaction is approved on the blockchain (estimated wait time will be provided).

Log in.
From the dropdown menu on the top right, select "Messages".
Once opened, click "New".
This will open up the withdrawal request form.
In this form, type in your requested withdrawal amount and copy & paste your own bitcoin wallet address. You will get your wallet address from your third party cryptocurrency exchange like Coinbase or CashApp.
